NYU will host Mark Epstein, author of the best-selling Going to Pieces Without Falling Apart, on Wednesday, November 2, 6:30-8:00 p.m. at the Bronfman Center for Jewish Student Life.

An adjunct clinical assistant professor in NYU's Postdoctoral Program in Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis, Epstein is a psychiatrist in private practice in New York City and the author of a number of books on the interface of Buddhism and psychotherapy, including Going on Being and Open to Desire. His most recent work, Psychotherapy Without the Self, was published by Yale University Press.

The workshop is sponsored by the Spirituality Project at NYU, the NYU Postdoctoral Program in Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis, and NYU's Silver School of Social Work.
