Salzberg has recently been featured in the Los Angeles Times, ABC News, and the Huffington Post for her groundbreaking work on happiness. The co-founder of the Insight Meditation Society (IMS), she has been a student of meditation since 1971 and guided meditation retreats worldwide since 1974. Salzberg’s latest book is Real Happiness: The Power of Meditation: A 28-Day Program (Workman).
