The University coordinates multiple short-term and long-term construction projects throughout the academic year. These projects could be associated with a specific academic school or administrative unit. In order to better recieve and respond to questions and concerns about all or any of these projects, the University has established the FCM Helpdesk. The Office of Facilities & Construction Management is responsible for all of the University's building construction, operations, and maintenance services. They are organized into three key functional areas: the Office of Construction Management; Energy, Engineering & Technical Services; and Facilities Management.
