COMPLETED PROJECT
10 Washington Place - Linguistics
The completed project at 10 Washington Place renovated the former Department of Journalism building with new classrooms and conference rooms for the Department of Linguistics.
- The first phase will remove existing interior and limited exterior fixtures (i.e. walls, furniture, fixtures and abatement will take place during this time).
- The second phase will renovate the interior and exterior of the building (some windows will be replaced).
- The third phase will complete final touches to the building (flooring, electrical, painting, etc.).
Work began on September 15, 2008 with a projected completion date in fall 2009. All phases of this project are complete.
