Community Service Project Grants

NYU Community Service Project Grants are offered twice per year and have application deadlines of December 1 and May 1 annually.

Community Service Project Grants formerly known as "ACTION" Grants help to encourage community service on the Lower East Side and Greenwich Village and in the neighborhoods adjacent to the many NYU schools and divisions. They encourage the participation of faculty, staff, and students in developing ways to address social or environmental issues and to initiate or expand service projects of an ongoing nature. Grants typically range from $100 to $500.

Please contact the Office of Civic Engagement at (212) 998-2329 with any questions.
