Sidewalk Work
Vanderbilt Hall
40 Washington Sq South

A below-ground steam pipe leak has created an emergency situation, requiring NYU to install a temporary outdoor boiler nearby to this location while repairs are underway. We expect no more than two weeks during which residents will be affected, and apologize for the temporary inconvenience this may cause.
