The rooftop renovation of 239 Greene Street has been completed.
Construction Update, February 13, 2013: Materials Deliveries
Due to inclement weather, a furniture delivery originally scheduled for Saturday, February 9 has been rescheduled for Saturday, February 16. Deliveries will utilize the building's Greene Street entrance, arriving no earlier than 9:00 am and finishing by 5:00 pm.
Construction Update, November 15, 2013: Crane Cancellation
The crane lift operation scheduled for Saturday, November 17th has been cancelled. An updated notice will be distributed once a new date is confirmed.
Construction Update, November 13, 2013: Crane Work
Due to a work cancellation during Hurricane Sandy, the crane work originally scheduled for Sunday, October 28th has been tentatively rescheduled for Saturday, November 17th. This date is pending New York City permitting, and is subject to change. Work hours will be 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
