New York University Holiday Hours

New York University will be closed for Winter Recess between Wednesday, December 24th and Friday, January 2nd.  If you experience any issues during this period, please contact the NYU Client Services Center at 212-998-1001 or NYU Public Safety at 212-998-2222.

Interior demolition continues. The project will begin digging trenches to connect the building to the NYU's cogeneration plant and gas and utilities lines in early January.

Completion of minor punch-list items continues.

75 Third Avenue

Water Main Repairs

November 12, 2014
Repairs to the sidewalk and street at the corner of Third Avenue and 11th are scheduled to be completed on Saturday, November 15th.

Silver Building

October 13, 2014
A crane is scheduled to be staged on Wash Pl (between Greene and WSE) on Saturday, 10/18 for the dismantling and replacement of damaged roof equipment.

383 Lafayette Street

October 13, 2014
The removal of the existing sidewalk bridge is scheduled to start on October 15th. Facade restoration, interior and roof demo are scheduled to start in November.

Weinstein Roof Work

October 2, 2014
Work has begun on the east bulkhead.
