The NYU Community Fund Internship Program seeks to provide full-time students with the knowledge and skills needed for entry level positions within various nonprofit organizations. The Internship Program is a semester long non-credited, non-paid internship program in partnership with nonprofit organizations in Lower Manhattan that have received funding through the NYU Community Fund.
The NYU Community Fund is the university's workplace charitable giving program, currently celebrating its 26th year of providing support to small and medium sized nonprofit organizations. The program has a mandatory requirement of one full semester of volunteer work, followed by the opportunity to continue work in additional semesters. Admission into the program is available in Fall, Spring and Summer semesters.
