Commencement Portraits

For your convenience, from Monday, May 5, through Friday, May 9, the NYU Photo Bureau will be on the 9th floor of the Kimmel Center, 60 Washington Square South, with lights, cameras and photographers to take your Commencement portrait.

Feel free to bring your freshly-pressed cap and gown or borrow one from the Photo Bureau, which will have academic attire available for you to wear while your portrait is being taken.

Please bring a $15.00 portrait fee, cash or check made payable to the NYU Photo Bureau, to your photo session. This fee is nonrefundable.

Shortly after graduation, color proofs will be sent to your home. You may then decide on your selection and order a portrait package.

Portrait Packages
There are three portrait packages from which to choose. Prices range from $35.95 to $149.95. There are also a variety of custom products such as canvas mounted portraits or your photo framed with your graduation tassel.
