Commencement | Invitation Eligibility

Invitations for the All-University Commencement are mailed to all those who have received degrees or advanced certificates of study in September 2007, January 2008 and candidates for May 2008. They will be mailed the first week of April to your address on record. May candidates must apply for graduation using Torchtone by February 1st in order to receive an invitation.

Please note that receipt of an invitation should not be considered as official notice of graduation. Such notice must come from the Office of the University Registrar.

If you have not received your invitation by April 7th, please verify your address at the University Registrar's Office located on the 1st Floor at 25 W. 4th Street.

Please visit the Registrar's Website for information regarding graduation application deadlines.

Exceptions may only be made in consultation with the Dean of each individual school or college.
