Mission

The Wagner Finance Society (WFS) is committed to:

• increasing awareness of financial issues and concerns amongst the Wagner community.
  
• increasing students' exposure to a diverse array of career opportunities and broadening the traditional perception of the financial field.
  
• increasing the visibility and reputation of Wagner in public, nonprofit, governmental, and private organizations in New York City and beyond.

Goals

To accomplish this,WFS aims to be a forum for students, alumni, professors and organizations to:

• build and sustain significant relationships,
  
• share knowledge and experience about finance related career opportunities, topics, ideas, and concerns, and
  
• understand the importance and relevance of sound financial management
