General Meetings

Date: First meeting Feb. 1, four other meetings during semester.
Location: Tisch Common Room
Expected Attendance: 10
Description: Meetings with E-board members and general club members to discuss and plan events.
Costs: The only costs for these meetings are snacks, drinks, cups, and napkins, at an estimated $30 per meeting for snacks and sodas.

Theatre Outing

Date: March 3rd, 2003
Location: New Rochelle Theater, 145 Eight Ave.
Expected Attendance: 20
Description: Taking both interested club members and any other interested member of the Tisch community to see The Dancing Monkey.
Costs: Group rates are $25 per person. We would like to subsidize $10 per person.

Guest Speaker

Date: TBA early April
Location: Tisch Common Room
Expected Attendance: 50
Description: Off-Broadway playwright Jeff Jefferson will give a one-hour talk about his new play and the rewrite process. Open to anyone.
Costs: The speaker is asking for a $100 honorarium. If budget allows, we would also like to be able to provide $100 in snacks and drinks.

Screening of Student Work

Date: April 25, 2003
Location: 721 Broadway, room 1104
Expected Attendance: 30
Description: Presentation of student work from the semester. Includes films, photography, taped performances, and written work.
Costs: None.
