Most of the information on this page is meant to be quick reference and is expanded upon in documents such as the Club Life Guide available in the Student Affairs Office on the 8th floor of 721 Broadway. See Megan Mannato.

Photocopies: The office of Student Affairs has a copy machine available to student organization leaders for small copying jobs related to a club event. For larger black-and-white copying jobs, you will need to include this in your budget to TUSC. Please note that the copy machine is not to be used for personal use.
E-mail Direct: Through campus email accounts, information can be sent to all currently enrolled Tisch students or selected groups of Tisch students (i.e. by department or classification). An Email Direct Form would need to be submitted to the Office of Student Affairs. Advance notice is required.
TUSC Online Tack Board: An online bulletin board is available on the TUSC website for students to advertise their upcoming productions and events. Please submit an event form to advertise your event on the Tack Board. Event listings can be posted for no more than three weeks.
Tisch Calendar: Produced monthly in print and updated regularly online. Submissions should be sent through this online form.
Tisch Plasma Board: Located in the lobby of 721 Broadway, this 50" color display, exhibits school-wide and university events. To utilize this service, contact Megan Mannato in the Office of Student Affairs or email her a PowerPoint presentation.
T-Shirts: If you are interested in purchasing t-shirts to promote your club or event, we recommend using Customink.com. We've used them in the past and they have good rates and are very nice to work with. T-Shirts at CustomInk.com!

In order for Tisch clubs to receive webpages and listserves, they must first register with OSA. To register with OSA, they should see Jerry Perez, OSA Administrative Aide, on the second floor of OSA, 244 Greene Street. For a website, the club must register a webmaster as well. OSA will then submit the webmaster's information to ITS - it usually takes 2-3 weeks for the site to be activated. For listserves, once the club is registered, they can then log on to http://forums.nyu.edu/admin/ and request for a new list. Clubs must re-register their new officers each year in order to maintain their listserves and websites.

TUSC does not, as a policy, expect clubs to fundraise. However, if your club wants to put on events that are beyond TUSC's capacity to fund, we encourage you to try to find your own ways to find funding, both through other parts of NYU and through outside the University. In the future, TUSC plans to create a guide of suggested ways to fundraise, so keep an eye on this space.

For information regarding starting a new club, please visit the official TSOA website on "How to Start a New Club."

If you are a club or organization interested in having TUSC cosponsor an event with you, please review our guidelines and submit a Cosponsorship Form to us. In addition, a representative of your organization needs to attend a Tisch General Council meeting (dates posted periodically on the website or contact us) in order to pitch your proposal.
