Questions about budgets and other financial information for clubs should be directed to our Treasurer. More general questions can also be answered by our Club Liason.
These are not strict rules, but they are highly suggested guidelines to getting your budget approved. New budgets must be submitted each semester. Deadlines are announced at the first general meeting of the term.

Although following this format is required, it should be taken as a guideline for all of the information that we would like to see to give your budget the best chance of approval. Detail is the rule, give us as much information as possible!

Both of these forms are REQUIRED for reimbursements. Fill them out completely, attach your receipts, and give them to the treasurer or drop in the TUSC mailbox on the 8th floor in the Student Affairs Office.

Contingency are additional funds not included in a beginning-of-the-semester budget. If an unbudgeted event comes up, TUSC will consider sponsoring it if you submit a fully detailed proposal outlining all of the information about the event including a breakdown of needed expenses. Contingency funds are very limited, but can be applied for at any time during the semester.
If you are a club or organization interested in having TUSC cosponsor an event with you, please review our guidelines and submit a Cosponsorship Form to us. In addition, a representative of your organization needs to attend a Tisch General Council meeting (dates posted periodically on the website or contact us) in order to pitch your proposal.
