Media Submission Guidelines

All photo collections must be archived/compressed in .ZIP or .RAR format unless you are sending a single photo.

If you are using Vista:

1. Open the folder with your pictures and select all your pictures (CTRL+A)

2. Right-click on any of the selected files and choose Send To -- Compressed Folder

If you are using Windows XP:

1. Open the folder with your pictures

2. Right-click on an empty area and select New -- Compressed Folder

3. Select all your pictures (CTRL+A) and drag them into the compressed folder

If you are using Older Versions of Windows you will need to download WinZip or a similar program

If you are using Mac OS X:

1. Open the folder with your pictures and select all your pictures

2. Command-click (Shift Click) on any of the selected files and choose Create Archive...

Videos and compressed files under 20MB can be mailed to webmaster.nyu.tass@gmail.com

 Put "TASS Media" in the subject

 Include in the message your name and event

ALL other files must be uploaded one of the hosting services below

Upload the archive to any of the sites below and copy the resulting link into the File Location field on the Submission page.
