TASS Named Cultural Club of the Year
Congratulations to TASS and its 2007-2008 E-Board for receiving OSA's Cultural Club of the Year award. It was a great way to close out a wonderful year. Much of the credit must go to the E-Board and the many other people that helped with all the events, planning, and grunt-work. To you guys: thanks for the hard work; you guys really deserve this award.

Site and Gallery
Webmaster's Welcome
Welcome to TASS' website. I hope all of you have had a wonderful summer and ready to start a new year at NYU. I have made quite a few changes to the site over the summer including:
-Added a News Section: This area will include any news relevant to TASS and its members.
-Updated the Gallery Section: I have uploaded all TASS' photos onto Photobucket, and they are now viewable from this section. Also TASS has quite a few videos which I discovered on Youtube; they too are now viewable here.
-Added Fun and Games Section: This section has a messageboard and several games. More to come.
-Redesigned Contact Section: This section now not only contains information regarding how you can contact TASS but also allows you to submit new photos, videos, articles, and other content to the site. The Mailing List signup has also been moved to this section.
TASS Abroad and TASS Guides: New sections that I am considering adding depending on club members' interest/feedback.
The first is basically for those that plan on studying abroad in Spring 08 and onwards. This section will list members and where and when they plan on studying abroad. This will allow members to connect with others who are going to the same place.
The second section will contain guides to different places submitted by club members. So if you have been to a great restaurant in NY and you want others to know about it, you can submit a review/guide and it it be available in this section.
If you like/dislike any of these ideas or have any other comments feel free to e-mail me or post on the messageboard.
That's it for now. Just get ready for another FunTASStic year with TASS!
