Dear friends,

Welcome to the official homepage of the New York University College Republicans.

The NYU CR’s are one of the most powerful student organizations at NYU and rank among the most recognizable College Republicans clubs in the nation. Our club and its members have been featured in media at the city, state, national, and international level.

In semester, our club hosts weekly meetings from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM in Room 808 of NYU’s Kimmel Center at 60 Washington Square South. You are always invited to join us for our stimulating conversations, robust speakers, and free food and drink. To learn more about the content of our meetings, visit our schedule.

After attending a meeting, you will learn that our organization extends beyond a weekly gathering. The NYU CR’s are always hosting high-profile events on campus and beyond.

This semester, we will be hosting “Michelle Malkin at NYU” on February 16th. This event is open to the public.

Beyond NYU, our club members volunteer for political campaigns, participate in events with high-level conservative activists, and annually attend the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington, D.C.

Through our weekly meetings, special events, social outings, and more, the NYU College Republicans are an inclusive and friendly organization always looking to greet new members. We invite you to join our organization today and become a part of the most vigorous on-campus conservative movement at New York University.

December 9, 2009: Checkout the latest issue of the The Filibuster! The Filibuster is a student run newspaper put together by our members. This issue has perspectives on everything from race-baiting by the Obama Administration to why NYU should start fielding NCCA D1 teams.

Also, as a friendly reminder tomorrow is our last meeting of the semester. Make sure to be in attendance for elections followed by our infamous roast. After the meeting we'll be heading out as a group to our Holiday Bash.

Hello all,
Good news everyone:

Thanks to some crafty maneuvering by the indomitable Andrea Catsimatidis, entry to our End-of-Semester Party, which previously cost $65, is now FREE to all College Republicans + 1 guest (up to 150 people).
The party will be held at the Grand Prospect Hall in Brooklyn from 8 PM to midnight on Thursday, December 10, immediately following our final meeting of the semester, which will feature both E-Board elections and our semester Roast.  Unlimited gourmet food and top-shelf open bar will be proffered. 
This will be a lot of fun, and a great way to meet other CRs from New York schools, as well as New York City Council members, many of whom will be in attendance.  I encourage you to bring dates, friends, etc. 
And there is no longer any excuse not to, as tickets are now FREE!

The NYU CR’s are the most prolific student organization at NYU and rank among the most recognizable collegiate clubs in the nation, having been featured in the national and international media numerous times.

Our weekly meetings run every Thursday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Room 808 of NYU’s Kimmel Center at 60 Washington Square South.  Please join us at any meeting to participate in our stimulating conversation, listen to our robust guest speakers (as listed on your left), and consume some of our free pizza and coke.

After joining us for a meeting, you will learn that our members participate beyond a weekly gathering by volunteering for political campaigns, attending speaking engagements by high-profile conservative activists, participating in political debate forums, and attending the annual Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington, D.C.
