Noah Meyerson - Président
I have been involved in LCF since my freshman year.
I spent my sophomore year at NYU in Paris and then became treasurer during my junior year.
I plan on completing the BA / MA program at the Institute of French Studies here at NYU.
I plan retiring to a stately 17th century chateau in France, but before that, I’ll probably end up
going to law school. I enjoy French hip-hop, crêpes nutella, and reading 18th century French
political philosophy.
Jason McMann - Vice-Président I have been involved with LCF since my freshman year, at which time it was a somewhat defunct organization. However, as one of LCF's new officers, we are aiming to revitalize LCF by planning new and exciting programs relating to everything francophone. I spent my sophomore year in France studying at NYU in France and the sciences-po. I am currently a junior in Gallatin studying International Relations and French language and culture, and plan to go to grad school for International Relations/Economic Development. I enjoy reading, crêpes nutella-bananes, watercolor painting, and modern art.

I am excited to be part of the effort to revamp LCF. It is great to see
that there is so much interest on our campus. As an
Economics/Mathematics major, I don't get to take French courses so I’m
grateful to have LCF. Of the many contributions the French have made to
modern life, my favorites include the barometer, Molière,
pasteurization, the metric system, Etch-A-Sketch and parachutes. My life
goals include becoming fluent in nine languages and making a difference
in economic development of some of the world’s poorest nations.
