About Le Cercle Français (LCF)

Le Cercle Français (LCF) was founded in 1998 in order to encourage greater understanding of La Francophonie among NYU students. What is La Francophonie? To put it simply, LCF organizes and endorses events dealing with all aspects of French culture and history. From cooking classes to film series, lectures on French current affairs to cultural potlucks, LCF strives to bring students together to learn about France and, of course, have a little fun while we’re at it!
