The New York University Haitian-American Student Association aims
to monitor its progress and maintain its goals through four pillars:
Education -- HASA seeks to promote education and scholarship among Haitian Students.
Community Service -- HASA seeks to give quantitative and qualitative service and contributions, not only
within the NYU community, but to society as a whole.
Cultural Awareness -- HASA seeks to promote Haitian culture (i.e., music, books, video, history, religion, etc.)
Building Bridges/Connections -- HASA seeks to connect with outside organizations that proliferate the cause
and idea of Haiti and Haitian students.
