Moo Shu Chicken Express
This recipe is great when you have left-over tortillas from your Taco Bell burrito meal...

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 ounces boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 clove garlic
2 cups finely shredded cabbage
1 shredded carrot
1/3 cup shredded onions
1 egg, beaten
8 small flour tortillas, warmed

Method:
1. In a small bowl, stir together, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, cornstarch, and pepper.     Toss with the chicken until it is well coated.
2. In another bowl, stir the remaining soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of the hoisin sauce,     sugar, and sesame oil.
3. Spray skill with cooking oil and heat over medium high heat. Add the garlic and
    stir-fry for 30 seconds.
4. Stir-fry the chicken for 3 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
5. Add in the cabbage, carrots, onions, and bean sprouts, and stir-fry for two minutes. 6. Add the egg and stir-fry until cooked.
7. Pour in soy mixture and stir-fry for another minute.
8. Serve wrapped in flour tortillas.
