Lite n' Tasty Tofu Pizza
Need something lite and healthy on your stomach, even though you've got all the ingredients to make pizza (except the crust of course)?...

Ingredients:
3 pita breads split into six rounds
1 ½ cup tomato and garlic sauce
1 lb tofu, pressed
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1 ½ tablespoon grated parmesan cheese


Method:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Place pita bread rounds on cookie sheet and spread tomato and garlic sauce.

3. Crumble tofu over each pizza crust.
4. Top with green pepper and mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes.
