The electronics recycling was a great success. Not only did we collect over 100 pieces, but our mere PRESENCE, promoting e-recycling, will help us get an even bigger turn out next time. Special thanks to Rob and Patricia from NYU recycling and Michael from Per Scholas.

Special excursion on Friday 11/17! We will be getting a personal tour of the
Per Scholas Recycling facility by the Executive Director, Michael Rieser. We will meet by the Astor Cube at 10:00am and the tour should last between half an hour and an hour. Bring your Metro Card!

Tomorrow at 3:30pm we will meet in the 7th floor lounge at Kimmel to stuff envelopes for electronics recycling flyers. We will send them off to local schools and churches to let them know about our awesome event! Please join us! (We'll be the ones with all the envelopes.)
And sorry to anyone who missed us because the email stated the wrong room. We were in 910, not 904, oops!

Yesterday EM went on our first
hiking trip in two years to Breakneck Ridge, south of Poughkeepsie. It was surprisingly challenging, but that made it all the more fun.
