| Professor Evergreen teaches at New York University and SUNY and is editor-in-chief of the Journal of Online Education for the World Association of Online Education. (Cognitive Development.) Professor Evergreen presented her cybertheories at MIT's Media in Transition conferences as well as UNESCO online conferences. She has also judged screenwriting competitions and given papers at screenwriting conferences. Academic specialties are multidisciplinary research, mindbodymedia theory, contemporary global literature, ecoliterature, classics of the canon, kinesiology, performance, and screenwriting.

Dr. Keefer of Meatspace is a martial artist, a kinesiologist, a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, a New York State licensed massage therapist, and an ex-professional wrestler. She teaches various combinations of kickboxing, step, sculpt, stretch, water aerobics, indoor cycling, and core conditioning, including her own trademarked classes. Dr. Keefer has a Ph.D. from NYU, M.A. from La Sorbonne, Paris, and B.S. and M.A.summa cum laude from Emerson College.
