245 West 52nd Street
This playhouse was first built in 1925 by the theatre guild, and President Coolidge officially opened it by pressing an electric button in Washington DC.
It was extensively renovated in 1950 and renamed "The Anta".
In 1981, it was renamed again in honor of Virginia M. Binger because her and her husband were part of the Jujamcyn organization that purchased the theatre.
The most interesting aspect about this theatre is that there is a door to the office that opens from the stage and the people who worked there had meetings during plays.
The theatre seats over 1200 people.
Past productions include: Mourning Becomes Electra, Pearlie, Grand Hotel, and Jellie's Last Jam
Current production is King Hedley II.
