249 West 45th Street
One of the prize houses on Broadway, the Imperial Theatre opened in 1923 and is owned by the Shubert organization today.
It doesn't look large, but looks are deceiving.
It seats 1,421 theater goers and all seats are good; but the mezzanine area isn't quite what you'd expect.
Past Productions include: Rose Marie, Annie Get Your Gun, Silk Stockings, The Most Happy Fellow, Fiddler on the Roof, Pippin, Dream Girls, and The Mystery of Edwin Drood.
Current production is Les Miserables.
