Harvey Fierstein (Arnold) --------------> Harvey Fierstein is a recipient of the Rockefeller Foundation Grant in Playwriting, The Ford Foundation Grant for New American Plays, a CAPS Fellowship, a special Obie Award for writing and acting, the Fund For Human Dignity Award, the George Oppenheimer/Newsday Playwriting Award, the Hall/Warriner Award from the Dramatists Guild and the Theater World Award. He was represented on Broadway with Torch Song Trilogy, for which he won two Tony and Drama Desk Awards. He won a third Tony Award for Outstanding Book of a Musical for La Cage Aux Folles. Fierstein made his professional acting debut with Andy Warhol in 1971 at La MaMa ETC and has over sixty productions to his credit, including appearances in numerous films.

<------- Matthew Broderick (David in Off-Bway) Matthew Broderick was born on March 21, 1962 in New York City and made his acting debut in 1983's "War Games" but got his big break in 1986's "Ferris Bueller's Day Off." Other notable works that Matthew has been a part of include Disney's “The Lion King”, “The Cable Guy”, “Godzilla”, “Election”, and “Inspector Gadget”.

Joel Crothers (Ed in Off-Bway) ------------> Joel Crothers, born January 28, 1941 in Cincinatti, Ohio, is most notable for his performances in several television series/soap operas, including "Dark Shadows"(1966-9), "The Secret Storm"(1969-71), "Somerset"(1972-6), "The Edge of Night"(1977-84), and "Santa Barbara"(1985). He died from cancer in 1985.

<--------------- Estelle Getty (Mrs. Beckoff) Estelle Getty began her acting career in 1978 with Team Mates. She also had short roles in two critically acclaimed classics, " Tootsie" and "Mask". In 1985, Estelle began acting in "The Golden Girls". The successful show won two Emmys for outstanding television series, and Estelle herself won an Emmy in 1988. Among other things she's done in TV is playing Sophia Petrillo twice, "The Golden Palace" and "Empty Nest". Most recently Estelle was in the family film "Stuart Little" and can be seen playing "Hollywood Squares".

Fisher Stevens (David in Bway) ----------> Born in Chicago on November 27, 1963, Fisher Stevens achieved recognition on the Broadway stage before reaching the age of twenty. Fisher began his acting training at age 13 and eventually went on to study with instructors Dan Fauci and Uta Hagen. When auditions failed to turn up any major parts, he redoubled his efforts in class and soon landed roles in some off-off Broadway productions. He made his Broadway debut in 1981 (age 18) as David in Torch Song Trology. He then took over the starring role of Eugene from Matthew Broaderick in Neil Simons' Brighton Beach Memoirs while appearing as a regular in the role of Henry Popkin in ABC's daytime serial Ryan's Hope.
