Bastard: (noun)

1. Illegitimate child

2. Offensive person, inferior

                   -Merriam Webster's Dictionary

The great term 'bastard' has been with us for as long has men have been born out of wedlock and as long as men have been assholes. King Lear's character Edmund the Bastard (originally just called "Bastard," "The Bastard" or "That Stupid Bastard" by Shakespeare in the original Quarto) is the first well known character to be both an actual bastard in the biblical sense and a Bastard as in a complete son of a bitch. Here I offer you a chance to test your knowledge of modern bastards of both variations in the Total Bastard game.

Is the personality a bastard (illegitimate)? Or is he a Bastard (SOB)? Or click on their picture if you think they are both.
