TERM PROJECT

1. Compose a song using Nightingale to notate a lead sheet for the song. Use FreeStyle to create a sound score for the song.

OR

2. Compose a multi-sectioned piece using FreeStyle.

OR

3. Develop a website which explores the use of MIDI for in which you provide examples of music synthesis, music sequences, and music notation that you have developed in class.

OR

4. Freely combine applications into a concept and a project with an outcome of your own design.

EVALUATION

Students will be evaluated on class participation in discussion, presentation, requested written assignments, examination, and term project. (Imagination and initiative are always appreciated, as is independence, patience and perseverence.)
