Loewe Theatre load in equipment, Set up tech table between stage and audience. Establish layout for video, audio, and Internet.

(Note: any performers who wish to try out the stage can do so while set ups are going on)

11:00 a.m. Set up Cameras, Install Screens

12:00 p.m. Lunch

12:30 p.m. Test I:  Test Connections

1:00 p.m. Set up Projectors

3:00 p.m. Set up Sound System (Microphones, stage monitors, configure stage)

4:00-5:00 p.m. Test II: Test Internet Connections

10:00 a.m. Tech Review and Testing:  Cameras, Projectors, Sound

12:00 p.m. Local Tech Run-Through with Performers

2:00 p.m. Test III: Test Connections with BMCC, UCSC, Stony Brook

3:00-5:00 p.m. Tech Run Through with All Locations

7:00 p.m. Places Everyone

7:30-8:45 p.m. Performance

9:00 p.m. Strike Equipment
