Bring in a rough wireframe of final project (narrative, documentary, or experimental)

E-mail the instructor the URL of an (interactive) web site which you find interesting

• Brief demonstration & discussion of professional work

Bring in 2nd rough of wireframe (navigation only) for final project

Class 4

• Screen 2nd drafts of wireframes for final projects with class feedback and user testing

• Workshop and 1 - 1 discussion with instructor

Due in two weeks - A short representation of the final project for the class web site due. This can be a still image with some text, a Quicktime movie, a Shockwave movie, a Flash animation, or almost any type of media to serve as a teaser or a trailer of the final project.

 

Class 8

• Short discussion of basic issues re: Director 6.5 -> Director 7

• General review of Director movie management basics

• Workshop and 1 - 1 discussion with instructor

Final project due - Director movies, all essential external files AND projector, all in one folder - to be burned on CD

Class 13

• Burning Final Project on CD

• Optional classes (extra help) the following Thursday & Friday at 6pm & Saturday or Sunday afternoons

Assignment 13 - Due December 7/8

Final project due on CD (burn modified version if necessary)

Reminder - the CD must include all Director movies, all essential external files AND projector - all in one folder

 

Class 14

• Final Project Screening - each project will be screened from student CDs

• Optional classes are available on the following Thursday & Friday evenings
