During his 20 years as a producer 
of feature films, and interactive media, Richard Spitalny was founder and president of First 
Star Software, Inc., which developed, licensed and published entertainment and educational 
titles, several receiving  Game of the Year awards.  Richard has produced and designed more 
than 20 best-selling titles such as Boulder Dash® and SPY vs. SPY® which combined have sold 
close to 4 million units.   He co-produced the $28 million feature film Rhinestone starring 
Sylvester Stallone and Dolly Parton for 20th Century Fox and has appeared on Entertainment 
Tonight, P.M. Magazine, NBC News and as a panelist at the Consumer Electronics Show.  Since 
joining Imergy in February of 1995, Richard has overseen production of all of the company's 
CD-ROM, Internet and Intranet development.
