With Trendo, a facilitator develops audience participation
with two pre-selected competing teams. The game is
programmed with a three-tier Main Menu consisting of
Places, Categories and Clues; within each tier are numerous
pathways pertaining to that section. The objective is to
guess a trend topic as it fits within the chosen place and
category. Visual clues (video and still photographs) are
provided while the facilitator simultaneously reads a
written clue. With only seconds to answer, the teams
compete to guess the trend and vie for the most points.
With buzzers to keep time, a score card lists the teams,
players and winning teams, and provides a recap of what
trend category was chosen the most. Imergy designed this
unique training tool to break corporate paradigms, open
lines of communication, stimulate problem solving and raise
the awareness of GE employees about future trends and
their impact. |
