How do I access AskITS on Blackberry?
You can visit AskITS to see answers to frequently asked questions, self-help items, and a list of services provided by ITS to the NYU community.
- Locate and open the application labeled Internet Browser from the Blackberry's home screen.
- Using the menu button to the left of the trackball or trackwheel (depending on model of device), click to bring up the menu and select Go To.
- Enter http://askits.nyu.edu in the browser's field, and choose OK or Go.
- Scroll down on the page until you see the following message: "Enter your keyword(s) or question in the box below, and click the Search button." Here, you may enter your query and click Search.
