iPhone: Accessing AskITS from the iPhone

How do I access AskITS from my iPhone?
Solution

You can visit AskITS to see answers to frequently asked questions, self-help items, and a list of services provided by ITS to the NYU community.

1. From the Home screen on your iPhone, tap the Safari icon located at the bottom of the screen.

2. Tap the address bar at the top of the screen.

3. Once the keyboard appears, you can tap the X on the right side of the address bar to clear the address bar.

4. Enter http://askits.nyu.edu in the address bar, and tap Go at the bottom of the screen.
