What is the current status of the ITS Pilot Service, ALEX?
Solution
The ITS Pilot Service, ALEX, has been decommissioned and is no longer available. The NYU School of Medicine's ALEX Advanced Learning Exchange system is NOT included in this decommissioning, and is available https://ALEX.med.nyu.edu/portal/. For all support questions regarding the use of ALEX at the School of Medicine, please send an email to alex.support@med.nyu.edu.

For all questions regarding the current status of the College of Dentistry iTunesU Pilot on ALEX, please send email to dental.informatics@nyu.edu or stop by room 831S, M-F, 12-5.
