fame/BRIO: Finance Standard Reports - Enhancements, 08.06.2009

As of August 6, 2009, there have been enhancements made to all reports in the Finance Standard Reports. These reports have been transitioned from the Programs Services Office (formerly BSIRAD) to the ITS-ECOMS group for ongoing maintenance and support. Most changes are transparent to the end user with the exception of the following reports with the following changes:

Fund Balance

• A formatting change has been made to correct the sorting issue related to the Account categories.

Payment Status

• This report has been modified to change the Fiscal Year and Month Parameter option to a Payment Date Range. This change was required for the report to work with both Current and Historical data.
• A PO ID column has been added to this report.

Purchase Order Detail

• The Purchase Order Activity Report has a code change to hide PO’s with a zero balance if there is no Current Month Purchasing or Accounts Payable activity.  The Purchase Order Detail Activity Report remains the same.

Salary Expense

• Date change format in Report header.
