Chertoff Addresses NYU Community

On April 26, 2005, United States Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff addressed members of the private sector at NYU. In an event co-sponored by CCPR and the private sector focused program, International Center for Enterprise Preparedness, the Secretary offered, "We must calibrate an approach to security that incorporates prevention and protection into our lives in a way that respects our liberty and our privacy, and fosters our prosperity."
