THE CAS ALUMNI NETWORK
The Strength of CAS Alumni
As you graduate from the
College of Arts and Science, your future will be alive with the
possibilities of a promising career and a steady paycheck, or the
rigors of academia as you pursue a graduate degree. Whatever path
you choose, your connection to NYU and the College will always be
secure. NYU is your alma mater, and hopefully that means as much
to you now as it did the day you decided to enroll.
As a CAS graduate, you are always welcome back to campus. Our annual University
Alumni Weekend is a great
opportunity to visit and rekindle relationships with those fellow classmates and faculty members who helped you through your years at NYU. You may consider becoming a mentor to a current student who will eventually share your status as a proud alum of the College. Your NYU diploma does not just reflect your four years at this institution - it is the gateway to a lifetime of memories and a shared community.
2008 Alumni Class Representatives
In the spring of 2008, candidates
from the CAS Senior Advisory Board will be elected to represent
the Alumni Class of 2008, following their graduation, on the NYU
Recent Alumni Committee. Alumni Class representatives carry the
spirit and voice of the class through the future of the University
and assist in planning alumni activities.
Recent Alumni
and Student Relations Committee
This Committee was organized
to provide special events and services for recent graduates of the College.
Events organized in the past year have included:
-
social hours at the NYU Torch Club
-
community service projects
-
