The Postbaccalaureate Prehealth Certificate Program at New York University is designed primarily for those students who have made the decision to pursue a career in medicine, dentistry or other health professions, but who have not yet taken the basic sciences needed to apply to medical or other health professional schools. As a postbaccalaureate student at NYU, you will be part of a community of people who share the same goals but who bring a variety of backgrounds and experiences.

For Fall entry: January 1st through July 1st
For Spring entry: May 1st through November 1st
For Summer entry: October 1st through April 1st

You must be prepared to begin the program in the semester for which you apply.
