Each year, about 900 transfer students come to the College of Arts and Science from colleges
and universities all over the world. Together they make up a large percentage of our population, and we welcome the diversity and energy they bring to our campus.
Throughout the year we offer different Transfer Orientation sessions for different kinds of students: internal transfers, external transfers, and Spring, Summer, and Fall transfers. During Transfer Orientation, we plan a full program of events and activities designed to give students lots of information to help them begin their studies at NYU.
