The CareerProject.org
TheCareerProject.org is a newly established, free interactive career research tool that provides a personal and uncensored look into thousands of careers and jobs through the eyes of the people who have them. Each career profile has three sections: An extensive interview with the participant about his or her job, a detailed personal account of an average day on that job, and an "Ask Me" function where additional questions can be posed to participants about their particular careers. TheCareerProject.org can help you to learn what people really do all day, what they love/hate about their positions, what compensation they earn, how they got their jobs, and what they suggest for you to do to find similar positions, and much more!
TheCareerProject.org was founded by NYU Alumna, Alicia Schwartz (MA in Counseling, 5/06).
