Explore different industries, gather information about career options, and connect with employers.

Career fairs provide a convenient and unique opportunity to meet with a large number of organizations recruiting for full-time and part-time positions. Career fairs draw recruiters from all industries.

A list of participating employers will be available one week before each fair on NYU CareerNet under Events > Career Fairs. (Be certain you are not viewing the event listing under Events > Seminars.)

Government and Non-Profit Expo

Friday, February 21, 2014, 10AM - 3PM | Georgetown University Hotel and Conference Center, Leavey Center

Meet employers hiring for full time employment and internships in the government, non-profit and public sectors. The fair is held in collaboration with Georgetown University, University of Virginia, University of Richmond, College of William & Mary and Swarthmore College. Master's Level Social Work Job Fair

Friday, April 4, 2014, 11AM - 3PM | Columbia University

Advanced registration is not necessary. Students from the following schools need only their valid student ID card to gain entry. In collaboration with Adelphi University, Columbia University School of Social Work, Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service, Hunter School of Social Work, Lehman College, Long Island University-Brooklyn Campus, NYU Silver School of Social Work, SUNY Stony Brook School of Social Welfare, Touro College School of Social Work and Yeshiva University Wurzweiler School of Social Work.

Registration

Advanced registration is not necessary. An NYU student or alumni ID card is necessary to gain entry.
 

Eligibility

All of the Wasserman Center's career fairs are for NYU degree program (Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's, Doctoral) students and recent alumni (within 1 year after graduation) only. NYU-Poly students are eligible to attend. Consortium fairs (including the NGO, Non-Profit, & Government Career Forum, the Government and Non-Profit EXPO, and the Master's Level Social Work Job Fair) are open to all students from participating consortium schools.

Students and alumni will be asked to present an NYU student or alumni ID card for entry.
