NYU CareerNet Employer User Guide
On-Campus Recruitment
(For Employers Interviewing On-Campus Only)
NYU CareerNet is a web-based technology platform used for recruiting
students and alumni. The system can be used to post jobs and to manage
On-Campus Recruitment schedules.
NYU CareerNet is a NACElink product that was developed by The National
Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) with the Direct Employer
Association, a non-profit association formed by executives of U.S. companies
to address e-recruiting issues. This product not only allows you to
recruit at NYU but also at a number of other participating colleges.
For additional information on NACElink please visit www.nacelink.com.
An employer only needs to register once with the system, regardless
of the university website where they originally registered, and your
login information will remain the same for each college web site.
How to register as a First Time NYU CareerNet User:
- Go to www.nyu.edu/careerdevelopment.
- Under the Employers menu select On-Campus
Recruitment Program,
and then click on NYU InterviewNet.
- Click the Register for the First Time link.
- There are two short web pages of information that need to
be completed.
- Read the NACElink User Agreement, and indicate your acceptance
in the appropriate box.
- Complete Page 1 and click the Submit Information link
at the bottom of page. Please note: Anything marked
with a red
asterisk (*) is
a required field.
- Complete Page 2 and choose a user name (your login) and
password at the bottom of Page 2.
- Click the Create My Account link.
What to do if you receive a message that says the system has found
a possible match based on the information you entered:
Use the dropdown box to see if you have an account in the system. If
you see your name, select it and the system will automatically send
the user name and password to the e-mail address registered in the
system. (You will be shown the address.) If you no longer have access
to that
e-mail address, you will need to contact NACElink customer service
for help in retrieving your password. DO NOT create a new account.
If you experience any problems creating your account, contact NACElink
Customer Service at nacelinkhelp@NACElink.com for assistance. Customer
service hours are business days, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST.
Where to log in to NACElink:
When you register with NYU CareerNet, you are automatically registered
with every school using the NACElink system. You will use the same login
and password no matter where you choose to log in. You can access the
system from the NACElink web site (www.nacelink.com) or from any NACElink
Custom school's web site.
Returning Users:
- Go to www.nyu.edu/careerdevelopment.
- Under the Employers menu
select On-Campus Recruitment Program, and
then click on NYU
InterviewNet Log In to manage your on-campus interview
schedules.
- Enter your username and password then click Log In.
- Click on Continue to NYU CareerNet to begin your access to qualified

What to do if you forget your password:

employer login area. You will need your username or the e-mail address
you registered with the NACElink system (normally your business e-mail
address). When you click Send Password at the bottom of the page, the
NACElink system will automatically e-mail your password to you. If
you have multiple e-mail addresses registered in the system, your password
will be sent to all of them.
If you have other problems accessing the system, e-mail NACElink Customer
Service at nacelinkhelp@nacelink.com.
