Employer Partner Program Benefits

Branding Solutions

We will work with your organization to create a long-lasting brand on campus that positions your organization as an employer of choice and ensures continued recruiting success.

Recruitment Date Priority

Your organization will have priority over hundreds of other employers in selecting recruitment dates for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Visibility

Your special events and job opportunities will be marketed to students by email, Facebook, Twitter, website placement, and on flat screens around the office. Each sponsor will be prominently featured on our homepage with a link to your careers page. Also, sponsors will be acknowledged on all promotional pieces for our career fairs. This includes posters and advertisements in the school newspaper, tv and radio.

Career Fair Registration Fee Waiver & Priority Placement

Registration fees for the 2013-2014 job fairs will be waived, representing a savings of over $2,000.

Enhanced Marketing

Throughout the academic year, we will assist you in publicizing your special events and employment opportunities via our different NYU listservs.

Diversity Programs

We have developed strong relationships with NYU's diverse student leaders and diversity student clubs. These relationships have played an important role in connecting qualified historically underrepresented students with employers. We are committed to helping organizations promote diversity in the workplace by connecting you with candidates of varying backgrounds, experiences and perspectives through special diversity programs throughout the year.

Career Speaker Series

As the most popular career-related event, this series is comprised of employers and NYU alumni from all industries who join us as panelists throughout the academic year. Professionals share their experiences and help students in their career exploration. We offer priority to our Employer Partners to ensure that you have the opportunity to share knowledge and insight with NYU students.

Student Access

As an Employer Partner, you will have the opportunity to meet with student leaders on our Diversity, Liberal Arts, and Graduate Student Advisory Boards. Our student leaders can offer feedback regarding recruitment strategies, programming ideas, marketing, and additional perspectives.
