We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover payments as well as checks. We ask that all checks have the date of the fair noted in the memo section. Checks may be sent to:

Cancellations

Please note that if your organization cancels their registration more than 4 business days before a career fair, there will be a $50 fee. On or after 4 business days before a fair, your organization/company is responsible for the full amount of your career fair fee.

Setup & Amenities

Each registration includes a 4'x18" table, tablecloth, table tent with your company name and chairs, as well as breakfast and lunch for up to 2 representatives. If your organization requires an electrical outlet, please be sure to indicate that on your registration form. The Kimmel Center is equipped with wireless internet. You will receive information about accessing the network on the day of the fair.
