SPRING JOB + INTERNSHIP FAIR
Thursday, January 30, 2014, 11AM - 3PM | NYU Kimmel Center
Employers from all industries are invited to this fair to recruit candidates for all opportunities. This is one of our largest fairs of the year and attracts NYU students from a variety of majors seeking part-time and full-time opportunities as well as internships. Share information about open positions, both domestic and international, and recruit qualified applicants.

Fees
For-Profit (Large Business*): $650
For-Profit (Small Business*): $350
Non-Profit: $200
* A small business is considered fewer than 30 employees and a large business is more than 30 employees. Our staff may ask for documentation to verify your organization's status. If you are attending multiple fairs a semester and/or experiencing significant financial difficulties please contact us at careerfairs@nyu.edu
Payment
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover payments as well as checks. We ask that all checks have the date of the fair noted in the memo section. Checks may be sent to:

Cancellations
Please note that if your organization cancels their registration more than 4 business days before a career fair, there will be a $50 fee. On or after 4 business days before a fair, your organization/company is responsible for the full amount of your career fair fee.
Setup & Amenities
Each registration includes a 4'x18" table, tablecloth and table tent with your company name, as well as food and chairs for up to 2 representatives. If your organization requires an electrical outlet, please be sure to indicate that on your registration form. The Kimmel Center is equipped with wireless internet. You will receive information about accessing the network on the day of the fair.

Shipping
Please DO NOT send any bulk materials to NYU.
Materials need to be shipped approximately 2 weeks prior to the event. Your email confirmation will provide exact dates of when we need your shipping to arrive. Any and all materials shipped will be delivered to your table.

You are responsible for making shipping arrangements prior to the conclusion of the fair. Please have your account or credit card number available. Packaging tape and FedEx/UPS labels will be provided.
