COLLEGE OF NURSING CAREER FAIR

Wednesday, March 27, 2013, 1:30pm-4pm

Employers from local and national hospitals, community centers and other healthcare-related organizations and facilities are invited to meet with NYU College of Nursing students to discuss full time employment, as well as externship and volunteer opportunities.

Registration

Registration opens on Monday, February 4, 2013

Deadline to register is Wednesday, March 20, 2013

To complete your registration for a career fair you must follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your NYU CareerNet account and click on "Events" tab.
    NOTE: You must have an employer username and password for NYU CareerNet to register. To create an account, go to NYU CareerNet and be sure to select "Career Fair" from the Services options. Once you have access to NYU CareerNet, please then log-in and select the "Events" tab
  2. An automated response will be generated to you that your registration request has been received. NOTE: This does not mean you are confirmed for the fair. This means that your application is on a waiting list.
  3. A confirmation email with details concerning employer check-in, shipping, payment instructions, and directions to the fair will be sent within 5 business days. The confirmation means that your registration request is complete and may proceed to make payment.

Creating an NYU CareerNet Account

When creating your NYU CareerNet account for the first time, you must select "Career Fair" in the "Services Requested" section of your registration page (see below).

Fees

The fee is $150 to attend.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover payments as well as checks. We ask that all checks have the date of the fair noted in the memo section. Checks may be sent to:

Cancellations

Please note that if your organization cancels their registration more than 4 business days before a career fair, there will be a $50 fee. On or after 4 business days before a fair, your organization/company is responsible for the full amount of your career fair fee.

Setup & Amenities

Each registration includes a 6' table, tablecloth, table tent with your company name and chairs, as well as refreshments for up to 2 representatives

  • Fed Ex/UPS account number (for returning items after the fair)
