ENGINEERING + TECHNOLOGY FALL CAREER FAIR at NYU-POLY

Employers with full-time, part-time and internship opportunities in Engineering, Computer Hardware/Software, Technology, Science, Management, Digital Media and related industries or job functions are encouraged to attend. Meet a large group of diverse, bright and motivated students and alumni from NYU-Poly and the larger NYU student body.

Fees

For-Profit (Large Business*): $650

For-Profit (Small Business*): $350

Non-Profit: $200

* A small business is considered fewer than 30 employees and a large business is more than 30 employees. Our staff may ask for documentation to verify your organization's status. If you are attending multiple fairs a semester and/or experiencing significant financial difficulties please contact us at careerfairs@nyu.edu

Payment

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover payments as well as checks. We ask that all checks have the date of the fair noted in the memo section. Checks may be sent to:

Cancellations

Please note that if your organization cancels their registration more than 4 business days before a career fair, there will be a $50 fee. On or after 4 business days before a fair, your organization/company is responsible for the full amount of your career fair fee.

Setup & Amenities

Each registration includes a 4' table, tablecloth, table tent with your company name and chairs, as well as breakfast and lunch for up to 2 representatives. If your organization requires an electrical outlet, please be sure to indicate that on your registration form. Electrical outlets are limited and will be assigned in the order they are requested. NYU-Poly is equipped with wireless internet. You will receive information about accessing the network on the day of the fair.

Parking and fees associated with travel are not included in the registration fees.

Shipping

Please DO NOT send any bulk materials to NYU or NYU-Poly.

Materials need to be shipped approximately 2 weeks prior to the event. Your email confirmation will provide exact dates of when we need your shipping to arrive. Any and all materials shipped will be delivered to your table.

You are responsible for making shipping arrangements prior to the conclusion of the fair. Please have your account or credit card number available. Packaging tape and FedEx/UPS labels will be provided. Alternatively, you are welcome to leave remaining corporate information for student distribution.

NOTE: NYU and NYU-Poly are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during shipping or on-site at the fair.
